Covert Farms Family Estate wines come from grapes that are 100% estate grown right on the 700 acre property. All vineyards are certified organic and managed with bio-dynamic practices. In the cellar there is minimal intervention to keep our wine process as natural as possible, allowing the grapes to naturally ferment; where viable indigenous yeasts are used to take us to new places, expressing the essence of our land.
